Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Marion County, Texas. What we are looking for: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding The role involves: • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
