Line cook — Telfair County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Telfair County, Georgia. You will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
