Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Franklin County, Georgia. The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Full-time, day shift.
