Head butcher wanted in Seminole County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a head butcher in Seminole County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Season and marinate meat on request You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
