We are recruiting: concrete labourer (North Carolina)

Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Ashe County, North Carolina. You will float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout. Requirements: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
