Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Chester County, Tennessee. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day to day you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
