Shuttering carpenter • Orleans County, Vermont

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Orleans County, Vermont. You will be based at a shopfitting company. You should have: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Good eye for detail and a clean finish The role involves measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles.
