Great opportunity: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Redwood County, Minnesota. The job is at a precast concrete yard. On a typical shift you will fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins. What we are looking for: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging Full-time with occasional weekends.
