You should have: • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it Day-to-day duties: • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors 3+ years on the tools preferred.
