Immediate opening: we are hiring a natural stone fabricator in Florence County, Wisconsin. The job is at a marble and granite workshop. Day to day you will cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site; grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets; lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys; work from cutting lists and installation drawings; polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
