Marble fitter — Giles County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a marble fitter in Giles County, Virginia. You will be based in a natural stone fabrication unit. The role involves: • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat You should have: • Own hand tools an advantage • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching 3+ years on the tools preferred.
