We are recruiting: we are hiring an excavator operator in Putnam County, Missouri. You will work on a busy construction site. Requirements: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise Day-to-day duties: • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $190 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
