Powder coating technician wanted in Henry County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Henry County, Illinois. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. You will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $18 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
