Refrigeration installation technician wanted in Keweenaw County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a refrigeration installation technician in Keweenaw County, Michigan. You will work at a busy refrigeration workshop. The role involves: • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Clean condenser and evaporator coils • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Service split AC units and VRF systems Ideal candidate: • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
