Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Otero County, Colorado. You will work at a cloud kitchen. You will prepare the mise en place before each service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
