Vacancy available: we are hiring a hoist operator in Wushishi, Niger State. You will work at a precast concrete yard. On the job you will handle: • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift Ideal candidate: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Current medical and eyesight certificate Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
