Marble fitter • City of Radford, Virginia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a marble fitter in City of Radford, Virginia. You will be based on a hotel and villa renovation project. Day-to-day duties: • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades What we are looking for: • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
