Requirements: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE On a typical shift you will prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio.
