Vacancy available: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Wayne County, Tennessee. You will be based on flat roofs and terraces. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing The role involves measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks.
