Gas installation technician wanted in Mitchell County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Mitchell County, Iowa. You will work on commercial and industrial sites. Ideal candidate: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion On the job you will handle: • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
