Join our team: dishwashing attendant (Idaho)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Lincoln County, Idaho. Day to day you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
