Tandoor cook wanted in Albany County

Join our team: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Albany County, Wyoming. Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Full-time with occasional weekends.
