Urgent requirement: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Smith County, Tennessee. The role involves: • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
