Urgent requirement: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Guadalupe County, Texas. You will work in a sheet metal stamping unit. Day-to-day duties: • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts What we are looking for: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses 4+ years on the tools preferred.
