You should have: • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage The role involves: • Cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines • Core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum • Check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge • Clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
