Butcher wanted in Hot Spring County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Hot Spring County, Arkansas. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry You will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; season and marinate meat on request; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
