We are recruiting: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Keokuk County, Iowa. The job is at a busy machine shop. Requirements: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces The role involves carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence. Rotating shifts. Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
