Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tile mason in Volusia County, Florida. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) On a typical shift you will set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
