Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Igbo-Etiti, Enugu State. The job is in a bread factory. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Your main tasks: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Meals and transport allowance provided.
