In-process quality controller • Staffordshire, England

Great opportunity: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Staffordshire, England. The job is on a garment production line. Your main tasks: • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation You should have: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping 3+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around £2,900 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
