LGV Class 1 driver — Minnehaha County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a LGV Class 1 driver in Minnehaha County, South Dakota. The job is on long-haul routes across the country. Requirements: • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules Your main tasks: • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
