Vacancy available: we are hiring a finishing presser in Clinton County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a textile finishing unit. The role involves: • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts Requirements: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
