Your main tasks: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
