Concrete placer • Essex County, Vermont

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete placer in Essex County, Vermont. The job is at a ready-mix concrete plant. You will mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
