Production welder wanted in Morgan County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a production welder in Morgan County, Colorado. Day to day you will set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch. Requirements: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently 6+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
