What we are looking for: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Your main tasks: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Clear and reset tables between covers • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery Rotating shifts.
