Immediate opening: refrigeration installation technician (Rivers State)

Join our team: we are hiring a refrigeration installation technician in Opobo/Nkoro, Rivers State. The job is at a food processing plant. You should have: • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Valid driving licence for field call-outs Day to day you will pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
