Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in Fillmore County, Nebraska. You will be based in a smash repair workshop. Requirements: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding On the job you will handle: • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
