Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Ontario County, New York. The role involves monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
