Reinforcement steel fixer wanted in Sheridan County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Sheridan County, North Dakota. The role involves form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
