Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes Day-to-day duties: • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
