Confectioner • Allegany County, New York

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Allegany County, New York. You will be based in a bread factory. On the job you will handle: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
