Lift mechanic — Elmore County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Elmore County, Alabama. You will work at a busy lift company. Ideal candidate: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance The role involves: • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake Six days a week, one day off.
