HVAC installer — Renfrewshire

Immediate opening: we are hiring a HVAC installer in Renfrewshire, Scotland. You will be based at a refrigeration and cooling firm. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests You will check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge; core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping; fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter; wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator; insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
