Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Alfalfa County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $5,500 per month, based on your experience.
