We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Lewis County, New York. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. The role involves prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
