The role involves: • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings You should have: • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
