Halal butcher — Wibaux County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a halal butcher in Wibaux County, Montana. The role involves mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Six days a week, one day off.
