Lift mechanic wanted in Morris County

You should have: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring The role involves test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy.
