Cook wanted in City of Manassas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in City of Manassas, Virginia. You will work at a roadside dhaba. On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Part-time with flexible hours.
